Preity Zinta has been out of the Bollywood scene for quite some time after setting out to explore options for her career as well as her relationship with Ness Wadia. However, after the love birds broke up, there have been claims of molestation, but that doesn’t stop the actress from moving on.
There were previous reports stating that Zinta was hoping to rekindle her relationship with Wadia, who has already moved on. This allegedly annoyed the actress and was the reason for her to get Wadia into trouble, however, a source close to Zinta denies the reports and claims that she is very happy in her new relationship.
“Preity either laughs or gets annoyed with such stories. She is very confident and has always been open about her feelings,” said the source. “She is not jealous of anyone and is happy in her own space.”
“Preity is in a relationship and is safe and secure about it,” added the source. “She is not upset or hurt about Ness Wadia’s relationship with someone. In fact, she is enjoying the happy phase in her life.”
Zinta previously admitted that she is in a romantic relationship but wants privacy saying that she is “tired of personal life being played out in the tabloids.”
Zinta reportedly filed an FIR against her business partner and ex-boyfriend in Mumbai on Thursday, charing him for molestation and assault among other things.
The incident supposedly happened on May 30 during an Indian Premier League match between Chennai Super Kinds and Kings X1 Punjab at the Wankhede stadium in South Mumbai.

The actress justified her complaint explaining the details of the day the incident tok place in her Facebook post “From my Heart,” a day after she registered the case.
“Everyone always looks away as if they don’t exist or we don’t exist,” said Zinta in her blog post. “People are embarrassed just enough to look away, but not too embarrassed to intervene.”
Although there were people present at the stand as spectators, no one came to her rescue when she was being humiliated and abused publicly.
“Ironically what happened at Wankade is being diluted by every other fabricated story about my character except the truth of what happened,” said Zinta. “I’m sure the witness will speak the truth and I trust and believe that the police will do their job fairly and quickly.”
Zinta ended her blog post saying, “I humbly request the media and my supporters to pls focus on the issue and the incident that happened in Wankade and not turn this and me into a TV soap. This is not easy for me and my intention is not to harm anyone but simply to protect myself and to stand up for myself. I don’t want any sympathy from anyone but I will sincerely appreciate it if people do not try to take away my dignity in the process of my fight for respect at my workplace. I think after all these years I deserve it and I’m not asking for too much.”
While Zinta and Wadia parted ways, the actress admitted that she is seeing someone else, however, didn’t confirm who.
