We all know Arjun Kapoor is quite fond of Salman Khan and never gets tired praising the superstar. However, we hear the young actor has turned down SK’s brother Sohail Khan’s next filmMy Punjabi Nikaah. But that’s not the problem. Apparently, AK rejected the film coz Sohail’s last flick Jai Ho failed to create magic at the box office. Ouch… now that must have hurt, hai na? While talking to a leading tabloid, a source said, “After Jai Ho did not live up to its high expectations at the box office, Arjun Kapoor refused to be a part of the project.” While reports claim that Boney Kapoor’s ladla beta was offered the film, Sohail Khan says otherwise.
“I would love to work with him, but My Punjabi Nikaah and Arjun have no connection whatsoever. In fact, before I approach anyone for the film, I need to revise its script. We haven’t fixed any launch date for the project,” said the Jai Ho director to the tabloid.
We do hope Arjun isn’t associated with Sohail’s film at all coz taking panga with a Khan or hiskhandaan isn’t wise

A few months back it was reported that the telly actor was throwing tantrums on the sets of his daily soap as the air conditioner wasn’t working. However the actor later clarified that he had only asked to repair the AC.
Speaking to a leading daily Sid said, “Almost every month, it gets reported in the media and that too, negatively. It’s made out to be some kind of a tantrum thrown by me and that’s shocking. I did ask for the AC to be repaired for all of us, but what’s wrong with that? Wouldn’t you ask for the same if the air conditioner stopped working in your office? I have no clue where these stories emerge from.”

Kapil Sharma was all set to make his Bollywood debut with Bank Chor which was being made by Y Films which is YRF’s Youth Film Division. In fact, the Comedy Nights with Kapil host had even signed a three-film contract with Yash Raj Films but this association has now gone kaput. This means the talented stand-comedian won’t feature in Bank Chor and the film will go on floors without him. An official statement has been issued by YRF which reads, “In a recent development, YRF & Kapil Sharma have decided to part ways mutually. Y Films’ Bank Chor will now go on floor without him.” Ashish Patil, Business & Creative Head, Youth Films, Talent Management & Brand Partnerships at Yash Raj Films, speaking on this development said, “We will look forward to working together in future when the time is right.”
Well, this piece of information is indeed shocking coz everybody including us was looking forward to see Kapil Sharma dazzle on the big screen. We don’t know the reason behind this high-profile split but we’ll have to wait a little longer before we see Kapil on 70mm.

The makers of Kick recently released the much-awaited song Hangover which has been crooned by none other than Salman Khan and Shreya Ghoshal. While the Being Human star managed to impress many with his vocal skills, we hear Sonu Nigam recorded this peppy number last year itself. Yes you heard that right! While talking to a leading tabloid, a source close to the production said, “Sajid Nadiadwala had approached Sonu to sing the number. They didn’t even discuss the remunerations as Sonu has sung several times in the past for Salman Khan’s films. After the recording, Sajid messaged him saying that the track has turned out well and that he couldn’t get the song out of his head. But, then, he was dropped and replaced by Salman.” Awww that’s sad na?
But what’s shocking is the fact that Sonu had no clue about this development until he read in the newspapers. “Yes, I had recorded this song last year. I wasn’t told that it has been dropped. I read it in the papers that Salman had sung it. I wasn’t even paid for it” the Kal Ho Na Ho singer told the tabloid.

On Thursday, Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra created an account on Reddit and became one of the rare Bollywood celebrities to venture into the labyrinth of Reddit and conduct an Ask Me Anything (AMA). As the name suggests, Reddit's AMA allows its users to ask the person conducting the AMA anything they want.
The AMA started off smoothly enough. Chopra introduced herself and invited users to ask her anything they pleased. "Hello Reddit… it’s Priyanka. I’m currently crisscrossing the world shooting for a film in Europe, attending a family wedding in the US, taking care of business in India! But I’m taking time off from all of that to have a conversation with all of you."
Questions poured in from users on Reddit. Chopra was genial as she answered questions on films, her work on the upcoming film on Mary Kom, her journey from acting to singing, her love of nutella cake and her favourite holiday destination. Chopra didn't seem to shy away from controversial questions.
On legalization of homosexuality she opined, "I believe that people should be free to live the way they want to. Love is love and is not defined by whether you are homosexual or heterosexual! Very simply, I believe in the adage 'to each his / her own'. I firmly believe that everyone is entitled to their own sexual preferences."
On the racist backlash after NFL Thrusday, she said, "Hey the world has its fair share of haters and you can't let them decide your fate. I love making music and making movies."
But soon the questions turned confrontational as users attacked her accent, use of autotune in her music videos and asked her about the road in Mumbai that was named after her dad and why she endorsed cosmetic creams.

Questions started to range from whether she liked batatavadas and gujarati donkeys to how much she spent on plastic surgery and how often she bleaches her body. A user commented that Chopra's cherished moment with dad was watching Old Boy together, a film known for its incest angle.

With the success of his latest film Ek Villain, Mohit Suri seems to be the man of the hour. Mohit, who has been making films with the Bhatts for quite some time, recently released Ek Villain produced by Balaji. He also has signed a film with Dharma Productions.
And now we hear that Suri has been roped in by none other than the music moghul T-Series to helm their next untitled venture. This will be Mohit's second film with the banner after Aashiqui 2, which was co-produced by Vishesh Films.
Though details of the said film are unavailable, we hear that Mohit has given his nod and will direct a film for Bhushan Kumar. However, this venture will hit the floor only once Suri is finished with Vishesh Film's Hamari Adhuri Kahaani, followed by Karan Johar's venture.
